Q: What is required for the airstream bar set-up?

A: The airstream is 21 feet long and requires ample room for load in & set up. The trailer must be on a flat surface. If this is a new venue for us, we will do a site visit to check load in, parking, electrical sources, water sources, etc.

Q: Do you travel outside of the Bay Area?

A: Yes! Any distance within 20 miles from our starting point (San Leandro, CA 94577) is covered. After that we charge a travel fee.

Q: Is there an option to do a cash bar?

A: Not for private events or weddings.

Q: Do you offer tastings?

A: Yes! After working with you to determine what package is best for your event, we will help pick out a customized, seasonal menu that you can then try out after booking.

Q: Can we provide our own staff?

A: No, SolaBar has to be operated by one of our professionally trained and experienced bartenders

Q: Can I add a different spirit?

A: Yes! We can customize your event to include whatever spirits you may like!
